Fedor fights his first StrikeForce fight v. undefeated Brett Rogers

Rogers is promising to hurt Fedor. Fedor has rarely found himself hurt or in trouble and while Rogers is one big dude, I think Fedor will prove too much for him. Fedor by tapout.

Jake Shields v. Jason "Mayhem" Miller

The host of Bully Beatdown (a great show!!) meets one of his bully-beaters. Shields will get more fight from Miller than expected but Jake's BJJ will be too much. Shields by tapout.

Gegard Mousasi v. Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou

Soko has a chance to give Gegard a fight if he comes in motivated and in shape but I expect Gegard to win by tapout.

Antonio Silva v. Fabricio Werdum

Werdum should win by tapout.

Should be a good show. The analysts think this will be a one-sided card with the fights all favoring the favorites but that isn't always the case in the fight game. Can't wait.

What a good card! Very competitive fights up and down the TV card. Best card since UFC 100 and IMO, just as good. We got ourselves a major player in MMA after tonight's card.

The opening fight with Werdum and Silva was good. Silva had a good chance if he would've kept to his opening round strategy of keeping the fight standing. Werdum was not able to take him down easily and Silva was getting the upper hand standing. Don't know why he went away from that in the 2nd and 3rd round but it cost him the fight. Good opening fight though.

Mousasi v. Sokoudjou was good. Mousasi looked cautious and even disinterested (not sure if that's his normal style) but he made Soku pay and brought it when he got the opening.

Shields v. Miller was a war. 5 rounds of technical groundwork and the most exciting end to a round (round 3) in recent MMA history. Shields pushed the action the whole time but Miller had a great counter game and was patient. Unfortunately, Shields controlled and paced the action and that wins fights that go to decision.

Fedor v. Rogers was a war! Rogers drew first blood but Fedor never was in any real trouble and hurt Rogers back in the 1st round. Fedor got Rogers timing in the 2nd and cracked him into next week with a punch. Awesome. Rogers post-fight interview showed a classless, sore loser. He lost - should just learn from it and deal with it.

Great card and fights and they showed more of their roster in the audience - Cung Le, Scott Smith, Lindland, Lawler, Arlovski that promises more good fights in the near future. I was very impressed with tonight's card.

Card was OK.

I don't like taking away the elbows on the ground.
Can't stand Mayhem, guy is a joke. Let him talk and clown all he wants, he's a star in the minor leagues. Shields has great BJJ, but no stand up, and isn't even really a MW.
Disappointed by Bigfoot's performance-Werdum (who lost to "Glassjaw" Arlovski in UFC) now wants to fight Fedor? C'mon. Rather see Bigfoot vs. Fedor.
As for Rogers, the guy was changing tires a year ago. Outside of his knockout win over 'ol Glassjaw (Arlovski), he hasn't fought anyone that would make the TUF show. Perfect opponent for the Fedor.
Brett Rogers=Kimbo Slice with a few minor league fights under his belt.

Just imo...
