Yogi Berra gets my vote as well. Honorable mentions to Whitey Ford, Reggie Jackson, Don Mattingly, and Ron Guidry.

it can only be yogi because all the other greatest yankees are dead.

and when yogi is gone jeter will get that tag because as much as i like reggie, jeter and mattingly yogi has more rings then all of them combined and outside of yogi and all other living yankees whitey and jeter have the most rings.

I will have to say its Yogi Berra even though I never saw him play. The greatest Yankee I have ever see play was Don Mattingly and next it will be Jeter.

Whitey, Berra, or Jeter after that it really isn't close. Reggie was a successful side show for a couple of years and Mattingly was a nice guy who won't finish first here, not enough years of excellance.

I don't know much about Baseball, but I do know Jeter is the man. He'll probably manage the Yanks after retirement, anyway. So, I'll go with Jeter on this one.

No love for Mo Rivera???? His is the greatest closer in the game. After that it has to Donnie Baseball, Yogi, and Jeter. A-Rod had to do something in the playoffs before I give him his pinstripes.
