I like Flynn. I think he's gonna be a good player in the Rajon Rondo mold but I just don't think he's the best pick for us. Unless we get stuck at #11 and Flynn is truely the best player left on the board, I wouldn't take him.
I certainly don't. Flynn looks good to me but this pick should be used to fill a hole in the starting lineup (SF/PF) or put us in position where we could deal Carter and his salary without giving up on the season by drafting a Sg (Henderson). Frank, Thorn and Kiki are all saying they'll go best player available so I guess it all depends who's higher on thier draft board.
BTW: Frank hinted at the Nets getting another pick. I like that a lot. There are some nice players in this draft and you never know when you'll find a real sleeper.
Come on the Nets do not need a back up Point Guard. We already have Keyon Dooling as our back up and if we neede a third back up we already have CDR,remember he did run alot of the Point at Memphis with Derrik Rose playing alot of the 2 Guard.We do not need a Jonny Flynn. What we do need is a really good Power Foward to compliment Brook, meaning someone like Jordan Hill or a big Small Foward someone like Earl Clark, like i said previously if we could get either one of those 2 i would be really happy with this draft and if some how if Hill drops to us he will be the steal of this draft.
