Basically it's a buyout/trade. We bought out Rafer and his $5 million deal and he'll (likely) sign with Miami. In a seperate deal (not really seperate) we traded one of our trade exceptions to Miami for Pg Chris Quinn and a 2012 2nd round pick. Quinn is only due a little over $1 million and he's an expiring deal.
