I agree, this is Jeff exercising authority as only Jeff knows how to do. Omar has many shortcomings, but Jeff is hopelessly incompetent and doesn't seem to know it. Jeff doesn't understand anything about business, marketing, or management. Never mind baseball. If he wasn't Fred's idiot son, Jeff wouldn't even be able to hold down as job as a dishwasher.
