i was hoping this would happen to keep it away from howard...who finished 2nd.....pujols deserved it......wright finished 7th with 115 total pts and delgado finished 9th with 96 total points...johan finished 14th with 30 pts and for fun beltran finshed 22nd with 10 pts and reyes 24th with 3 pts! lol

Pujols did not desevere that award!!! Dont let your dislike for a Team or player skew your judgement. Howard deserved that MVP award!!!

wow at 1 point delgado was a favorite to win. surprising hes 9th.

I can't say i'm gonna lose any sleep over Howard not winning. He may have deserved it more but you can certainly make the case for a few players.

It is crazy how Howard can look so bad a lot of the year and then have a great few months and almost be MVP. To me, I just dont like how he dissapears half the season. Yoi talk about Wright getting soft numbers, well Howard is the king of it.

I'm sorry Nike, I disagree completely. Over the last half of the season, the dude was always coming up with a big hit. It seemed like he was HRing every time he was in a big spot and they needed a couple runs.
