One would hope he does but what I really want is for the PLAYERS to play with the same intensity they showed tonight on Saturday ... now I know there's hate there vs the Devils but still ... Even though they didn't score in the first and weren't really getting good chances on Weekes, they were physically engaged and I think that led to their great 2nd period and good third period ...

If they could play like tonight 90% of the time we will be in great shape this season

he said that the devil fans left partly because they don't want to hear the chants in their own building. And says he doesn't really blame them. He then proceeded to take a little shot with 'I don't remember that many of the chants when the Devils dominated for that 9 year stretch" Not that Newark being a 20 minute train ride from the city is a difference or anything...He was clearly frustrated at the lack of support the Devils get.
