that goal is all on Girardi... instead of tapping it lightly past the Bruin when we had 3 guys for 1 person behind the net, Girardi hits it too hard and it goes to the Bruin pinching in. AWFUL

I did get a little nervous blowing the lead and then having to go to OT. At least they pulled through for the 1st win of the year.

Here's to the first win of the season!!!

Well deserved 2 points against a tough team. Nice job Rangers! A few things are really evident to me after this game:

1. Gabby is 100%.......thank God
2. Nash is really fun to watch when he has the puck....he's the real deal
3. Our power play is awful. They really need to get better with the man up if they seriously want to contend for the cup.

Hopefully they can give it the same effort tomorrow against the Flyers.

So nice to have our first win in the books. Not happy about us letting Boston get back in the game, but nothing is going to come easy for the Rangers. It never does. In the meantime, I'll take the win.
