We played ok, granted Switzerland is better than Norway, but I saw both games and if we played Canada today we'd probably lose 5-2. Team USA didn't seem to be playing with any type of system whatsoever. It looked like a street hockey game, whenever we got the puck it was everyone just go full speed. The defensive assignments were terrible, lots of puck chasing by everyone.

We've got the speed and toughness to make up for our lack of talent but there's no way this team is going anywhere until we can play as a team.

I'll tell you one thing though, it was refreshing to see all our guys skate hard, finish checks, and not shy away from hits after watching the Rangers all year.

Am I the only one who finds figure skating and curling on TV everytime I pass over one of the channels? Outside of the hockey, of course.

I must say, this curling stuff is good to take a nap to, like golf.

Disappointed in snowboarding, period. Four take off and the race last 3 seconds. After that, 2 of the 4 fall down and that leaves two left that finish 3 seconds apart. I wouldn't call this event a race. It really just a survival test and a boring one at that. Now short track speed skating. That has it all!

Does anyone else watch events like skiing and speed skating and root for wipeouts and face plants? Even secretly??

I LOVE curling. It's definitely my 2nd favorite thing to watch besides hockey. It is horrendously slow but the strategy is nailbiting.

After watching such sub-par Ranger hockey for most of the season, it's such a sweet relief to see the level of hockey we're seeing now...
ALL aspects of this great game!!! Hard hitting, offensive plays, incredible backchecking, intensity.
I'm watching the Swiss play Norway right now. What a game!!!

F**k football. Tomorrow is the one and only SUPER SUNDAY, baby!!!

Hockey

Correct me if I am wrong, although we all can’t wait for the Canda USA Game tomorrow it’s really not that important as far as the quest for the Gold. Both teams are in the Medal round either way. But this could mean something in the seating for the Medal Round. Is this correct?

But I really want to see the USA beat Canada Tomorrow in Canada. Lets Go USA!!! And BTW, the Capt of the Rangers is playing some great hockey for USA so far.
