Why do you think there hasn't been an attempt to bring Patrick Ewing on as a special assistant? Don't you think that he could have a great affect on Channing Frye who has a similar offensive game to his?

How important is the captains job on the Knicks? We all know what happened when we had an example as a leader (Willis Reed, Patrick Ewing, Allen Houston, Bernard King). All of those captains Lead by example, and brought our teams to great highs.

SHould the leader of the team Lead by example? And does Steph? If so what are some examples?

The CenterCourt home page is now the much easier to find:
www.msg.com/centercourt.jsp

To find the home page simply pull down the PROGRAMS bar at the top of msg.com and click on CenterCourt or scroll through the thumbnails on the right side of msg.com and look for CenterCourt.

Episode 2 will go up on Tuesday January 2nd and features Malik Rose and the top-3 NBA records that WILL be broken soon ... any guesses?

Let's think, what 3 could there be?

I don't know but I have a few questions for the 'experts'

How come the Knicks don't use the D league more? With an open spot shouldn't they be able to take someone from there to fill the HOLE they have in jump shooters?

With Steve francis sidelines until his knee gets better, how come we don't sign a guard from the D league to a 10 day contract? Other teams do, and the knicks havn't yet.

Who knows maybe something good will come out of the D league....

Who are d-league success stories?

Does Dolan have anyone selecting these questions and forcing those who answer to put his MSG spin on them with the fear of their jobs at stake?

He is concerned about unfair journalism and corperate propaganda.

FOR THE KNICKS (15-21) TO GET TO .500 THEY NEED TO FINISH (AROUND):

15-8 at home
11-12 on road
------------
26-20 total

1) Can the Knicks Do it?
2) Will .500 be enough to get into the playoffs?

Clyde has said good things about Steph's defense of late, and we have also seen Jamal become a "kleptomaniac" with some timely steals (such as the "play of the game" in Seattle).

It's hard for us at home to really get an idea of how hard they are playing defense - it's hard to measure speed and energy on the TV. Can you guys elaborate on what you've seen watching the games last year and this year, and whether or not you see a tangible improvement.

Larry Brown is supposed to be all about defense - if there is an improvement this season, why do you suppose it didn't happen under Brown?
