With both Jacobs and Ward being FA this year who do you think is coming back Jacobs or Ward? I doubt we can re-sign both of them.

While Jacobs did have a solid season rushing for over 1,000 yards and 15 TD's this year. Lets not forget Ward had a Career year himself. Both are very important to this team but I'm sure both want a big pay day so if we can only bring back one of them I ask.....

Question:
Who would you bring back Jacobs or Ward?

Choices:
Jacobs
Ward
Both
Neither

Both. If not, then Jacobs. I love Ward, but we need Brandon.

No way both can come back, the cap won't allow it. I like Ward, but the rotation with Jacobs makes him a whole bunch better. Jacobs has to be the one to return, the only down side is his tendency to get hurt. Hopefully Danny Ware and Bradshaw can contribute to make up for Ward.

I agree Jacobs is the RB that has to come back next year. The only way I can see both coming back is 1 of 2 ways, one of them takes a pay cut(Ward) or we trade Plax and use that cap space to re-sign Ward.

i love ward but hell want #1 guy type of money. look for him to do big things in SD or Den next year. I think if SD doesnt grab Knowshon Moreno or Beanie Wells, Ward would be agreat fit there to take over for LT when is gone.

Ward is a great back-up running back but with the season he had he will want big money. If we didn't have Jacobs already bringing Ward back is no question.

If Ward is willing to take a pay cut maybe we can bring both back. If not Jacobs and Bradshaw will be the RB combo next year

Jacobs has to be the priority.

There's a bunch of RB's that can do what Ward does. You can't teach size however, and Jacobs combination of ability and size make him unique.

no doubt Jacobs is the priority and if Ward isn't willing to take a pay cut I'm fine with Bradshaw and Jacobs next year as the RB combo

I'm a Jet fan but it's a no brainer. The Giants need Jacobs. Bradshaw is a good 2nd back. The Giants shouldn't want Ward back anyways because why waste more cap space on a position where you already have tons of depth on?

They'll cut him, he had taken a pay cut just to stay with the team this year. Look for the third stringer types to be better special teamers next year. Coughlin made a comment as such. The coverage teams were awful this past year.
Watching last year's SB, you really become disappointed that Bradshaw didn't get many touches this year, didn't make much sense, especailly when the winds in the Philly game needed to be combatted with a short passing game.
