Christian, Undertaker and McCool were the only champs to keep their titles.

Drew McIntyre beat Morrison to become the new IC Champ.

DX beat JeriShow to become the new Unified Tag Champs.

But the biggest shocker of the night was the Celtic Warrior's win over Cena to become the new Champion!!

A very good PPV with lots of high spots and quite a few scary spots.

Christian took a bad face injury in the beginning of his match but was able to continue.

Injuries - Shelton seemed to have hurt his ribs on the finishing move by Christian. Kofi took a great dropkick by Orton to the ribs that really hurt him. Jericho took a tumble on a high spot off TBS shoulder's to the outside of the ring and just missed hitting his face on a table outside the ring and landed draped over the table legs in a weird way but was ok. Could've been real bad though.

sheamus and mcintyre's push that's because of triple h, hbk, and chris jericho gives me hope that bryan danielson will be something in the wwe since he's hbk's student.

Yeah but too fast too soon for these guys. Sheamus is just above Shelton on the mic so far and doesn't have much of a personality other than a nasty heel. As you know, I prefer Swagger, Ziggler and Morrison as the future of the WWE. If this is an indication of a HHH-Steph run WWE then it should be interesting to watch in a curious way to see who gets pushed and who doesn't.

sheamus is light years ahead of benjamin ... he has solid mic skills and he has been in movies before so he has acting skills. and yes it's fast and they didn't build him up even though he had a good fueds with goldust and shelton on ecw. he's not getting the reaction you'd like right now(neither is mcintyre) but that's because the wwe once again have a poor job in bulding up a guy ... however i think mcintyre will go over faster since he's very good.

feel bad for shelton, lately his mic skills are better than usual but he takes 2 steps back by botching words. i really wanted shelton to win though because christian is a main eventer who's not main eventing, he should be on smackdown or raw where he belongs ... still mad how he was on a high note in 2005 and the wwe just dropped it with him and making him mad to bolt to tna.

mcintyre is gonna be huge ... 266 pounds but very athletic and he's a natural heavyweight like jack swagger, the rock, etc ... he didn't need to spent hours in the gym to get that body and weight.

swagger and ziggler reports have said the wwe has given up on them with swagger being a joke and ziggler dropping the ball because he hasn't picked up a win vs morrison which is weird because the writers and bookers do this. it's probably not true since ziggler and vickie have something but unfortunately swagger cut a promo saying he doesn't havea lisp.

and don't worry about morrison, he's over in a jeff hardy like way and by september of 2010 he'll probably be champion.

oh and undertaker is a moron that made the wwe take the title off punk because he didn't wear a suit. and lately the wwe has been using the word straight edge as a gimmick when it's not ... it's real and it can possibly tick punk off if they keep putting people who aren't straight edge AS straight edge people. punk has shown that if he's not respected, he'll leave ... this may sound crazy but the wwe needs punk more than punk needs the wwe, he's an amazing wrestler despite the wwe watering down his moves.

wrestling was fine well before punk came along,and it will be fine long after he is gone.

Wrestling and in particular the WWE will survive no matter who leaves .

I don't get Sheamus as Champ. The way he won it didn't give him any cred other than just being a fluke win that got him a title. Everyone expects Cena to beat him in a 1 on 1 matchup so that doesn't help either, no matter how many cheap shot kicks he's gotten on Cena.

As for McIntyre, his win was more impressive and although he cheated to get the advantage, he held his own with Morrison. I'm not really a fan but at least he did it the right way or should I say was booked the right way.

Shelton needs to get some respect from WWE. The feud is continuing so hopefully Shelton gets the belt now that he's being given a face role which suits him better for some reason. ECW is getting a makeover and there are big moves coming so hopefully Shelton gets the belt as Christian moves to SD or RAW.

The WWE is dropping the ball by downplaying Swagger and Ziggler and most of all Punk who lost a dark match to R-Truth on the PPV and got handily beat by Cena. The politics in the WWE is so lame. These guys should be up there, not McIntyre or definitely not Sheamus. Those guys haven't earned it yet while the other ones have.

i'm telling you cm punk has no problem with telling the wwe to go ... themselves ... i remember when he was in the indy's he didn't like the idea of the match and he just left, leaving the crowd and the booker hanging with no match at all.

i was so ticked off how punk JOBBED to cena, i mean he cut yet another awesome promo then loses in a few minutes.

i mean it looks like cm punk will be another chris jericho ... a guy who's in and out of the main event scene.

the undertaker is a damn joke ... people bash triple h but undertaker is worst of all, he snitches on punk for saying 'why doesn't cena wear one' when undertaker told him to wear a suit but the only reason why michelle mccool is even champion and getting away with stealing wrestlers finishers is because she's dating the undertaker.

Unfortunately this isn't the indies and Punk's contract would preclude him from doing or saying anything other than what he's told to do, not unless he wants to be sued. As a independent contractor, getting sued would not be good news as it could wipe out his bank account among other things so all he can do is hope somebody wakes up and puts him back in the main event scene where he was. It'll take a while for his punishment to be doled out so he'll have to take it for a while. Hopefully he'll get back on with it and not just be thrown into a money in the bank match at WM again. I hate when they do that with some of their most talented guys just because they are exciting yet the bookers don't know what else to do with them.

it's getting removed and a new show with the same mindset which is being a gateway to fcw wrestlers.

well the only thing we can look forward to is that cm punk has been in the doghouse before(his firs title reign) and he got out of it so he can do it again.

i know people who've met cm punk ... he's not the nicest guy in the world.

Reportedly, the ECW name will be dying soon as the Syfy contract expires but a new show with a name more indicative of what they will do will take its place. The new show will be more of a showcase for the younger talent until they are ready to be moved up to RAW or SD, sort of like it is now just with more emphasis on the young talent. Who knows if there will even be a title?

If they go with guys like Abraham Washington or the likes of the new tag team who I have not even really bothered to watch or care about, then they are going in the wrong direction. If they push guys like Tyler Reks, Vance Archer, etc. then they might have something. I've always felt that they should've made ECW a ROH type show or X-division type show with all the high-fliers and cruiserweights, let them do their stuff and put on great matches but the problem is that Vince wouldn't allow any show to be better in his opinion than RAW. He'd immediately have a problem with it and kill/change it.

There is also a reported change coming to SD because Vince feels that the guest host program is working well on RAW and gives it its own identity so SD will be getting some sort of new type thing.

yeah that ****s with smackdown ... there's a reason smackdown has gotten lame when boretista went there and undertaker came back. i was enjoying rey, jericho, punk, kane, edge, and even jeff who all have no ego's and put each other over.

but no undertaker is gone for months and gets the title

boretista goes to smackdown and punk gets bumped down and he wins the title.

vance archer has some potential but he has to change his finisher, i'm not taking a move that christian uses seriously.

yoshi and ryder are great where they are.

paul burchill ... ugh just another wasted talent and it's not like he's bad on the mic so what gives. same goes with katie lea ... she's easily the 3rd best female wrestler behind phoenix and james.
