I think the obvious answer one week into the season is the Islanders. They look really solid up front, decent on D, excellent on special teams and have a great goalie. Who would have thunk it two weeks ago?
As for the Sabres and the Rags.... Where the heck did your special teams go? The Rags' power play is as bad as the Sabres' penalty kill. Combine these two rosters and you might find an NHL team in there right now.
I am happy that the Sabres have had several days off to get their heads right for Thursday night against Atlanta. Let's chalk the first two up to too much drinking in the off season, and get back to work!
Rangers 0-17 on PP so far isn't gonna get it done.
We shouldn't really be worrying at least not yet it's only 3 games but so far the Rangers "high-powered offense" hasn't done anything since the 3rd period of the Florida game.
